· Tutti I consumi (acqua,luce e gas )sono già inclusi. · Le pulizie finali, sono 50 nella Dependance e 100 nella villa. · Se alloggiano animali aggiungere 50 € per la disinfezione. · Pagamento: 50%alla prenotazione, saldo 40 giorni prima dell’arrivo. · Se affittate porzioni di settimana pagate solo le giornate occupate. · Da ottobre a maggio, se affittate 3 settimane la quarta è gratis. · Cauzione: 500 € nella villa e 300 € nella dependance. · Si può noleggiare un kit biancheria completo (lenzuola federa e 3 asciugamani)a 15 € incluso il lavaggio. · Noleggio mountain-bike a 25 € settimanali. · E’ previsto uno sconto del 25% sui servizi diving ed escursioni. |
· Water expenses, light, gas: included in the rates. · Final cleanliness: 50 in the Dependence - 100 in the Villa · If You have a pets add 50 € for the disinfection · Payment: 50% to booking, 50% 40 days before arrival. · If You don't rent a full week the rate for one day is 1/7 th. to weekly's rates. · From October to May, if You rent 3 weeks the 4 is free. · Bail: 500 € for Villa; 300 for Dependence · Rent a Linen: 15 € to person. (2 towels, pillowcase, sheets ) included washing. · Rent a Mountain bike: 25 weekly. · Diving service and excursions: 25% discount.
